VP, Strategic Talent Initiatives at JPI Companies

Tobe serves as JPI’s Vice President of Strategic Talent Initiatives. As a key leader within JPI’s People and Culture Team, Tobe is responsible for leading all talent management initiatives, learning and development programs, compensation programs, and staff planning.

In addition to these corporate services, he also assists the central region construction team with key initiatives including promoting the people-first approach, technology, communication, and change management. Tobe’s team is designed to create efficiency in business application usage, promote standardization of operations, and support engagement of team members, all aligned to JPI’s overall strategy in growth and process improvement.

Tobe joined JPI in June 2020 after 15 years with Baylor Scott White, where he most recently served as System Director, Project Management Officer & Office of the CIO. Tobe earned a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas. He also attended Abilene Christian University and earned his Master’s and Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
