Arathi Jayaram

Arathi Jayaram is an experienced Product Owner at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since November 2016, specializing in the digital experience and self-service capabilities for Small Business Card customers. Key achievements include launching the Chase Ink Premier Business Credit Card, resulting in over $1B in Small Business Card spending in 2022, and leading the delivery of the Customer Connected Journey to enhance home buying experiences. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Arathi served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Bank of America from 1996 to 2016, where leadership included data network transformation and strategic budget management for a $300MM portfolio. Arathi's early career encompassed roles in software development and systems engineering with Enhanced Communications. Arathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University and further education from the National Institute of Information Technology.
