Chelsea G. is an experienced UX researcher with a strong background in human-computer interaction and product design. Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at JPMorganChase since February 2024, Chelsea previously held the same title at CarGurus from July 2023 to December 2024. Chelsea's expertise also includes roles as Lead UX Researcher / Lead UX Designer for Corporate & Technology Clients from March 2020 to May 2023, and as a Senior UX Researcher at T-Mobile from September 2019 to February 2020.
