Cheryl Locks

Cheryl Locks is an Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since October 2020, focusing on the management of critical supplier partnerships within Chase Consumer Bank. Previously, Cheryl served as Vice President at Chase Home Lending and held various managerial roles in IT portfolio management and partner strategy at Barclaycard and Citi. Beginning their career at Bank One, Cheryl has extensive experience in managing cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, and marketing strategies across multiple financial institutions. Cheryl holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University. Cheryl is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Registered Planner (RP).
