Cindy Penilla-Lazaro

Cindy Penilla-Lazaro is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in cash asset management, treasury operations, and liquidity management. Currently serving as Vice President of Cash Asset Management at JPMorganChase since June 2025, Cindy previously held the position of Department Head for Treasury Operations Support at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies from July 2023 to May 2025. Prior experience includes several roles at HSBC from September 2012 to June 2023, encompassing Operations Manager and Assistant Manager for Cash and Liquidity Management, as well as a Global Support Executive focusing on audit and brokerage. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Municipal Bonds Analyst at DPC DATA Inc. and as a Marketing Assistant at Banco de Oro, Universal Bank, Inc. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Banking and Finance from the Philippine School of Business Administration, complemented by studies in Accountancy at San Beda University.
