Colleen Byrne has over two decades of experience in program management and business analysis, currently serving as a Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase since September 2004, where Colleen also held the position of Business Analyst Manager, VP. Prior to this role, Colleen was a QA Practice Manager at Process Management Group from 1998 to 2004 and worked as a QA Lead for US Cellular through PMG from 1999 to 2001. Colleen began their career as a QA Analyst/Consultant at Spherion Technology and as a QA Consultant at Interim Technology, both from 1994 to 1998. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from Marquette University, earned in 1994.
