Dawn Treffeisen

Dawn Treffeisen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and strategic leadership within the financial sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Payment Operations Strategy & Data Office at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since June 2023, Dawn has previously held multiple senior roles at J.P. Morgan, including Global Head of Core Payment Franchise Operations Service Architecture. Prior to that, Dawn spent two decades at Citi, where responsibilities included managing Third Party Risk and Cross Border Privacy for the Institutional Clients Group and leading operational strategies within Information Technology. Dawn's career began at Harris Corporation as HRIS Manager. An accomplished academic, Dawn holds an MBA and an MS from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BS from Queens College.
