Edward Ubiera

Edward Ubiera serves as the VP and Northeast Region Director for Corporate Responsibility and Public Engagement at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on community engagement across multiple states. Prior to this role, Edward Ubiera was the Assistant Commissioner for Business Programs at the NYC Department of Small Business Services, where oversight was provided for programs supporting new business creation, particularly among women entrepreneurs and underserved communities. Previous experience includes leading policy efforts at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, managing real estate assets at Enterprise Community Asset Management, conducting credit risk analysis at S&P Global Ratings, and performing budgetary oversight at the Mayor's Office of Management & Budget in New York City. Edward Ubiera holds a Master's degree in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Urban Studies from Fordham University.
