Felton C. Booker

Felton C. Booker is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in leadership roles within major financial institutions and government agencies. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Felton serves as a Managing Director. Previously, Felton held the position of Deputy Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and led the LISCC Recovery and Resolution Preparedness (RRP) Program at the Federal Reserve Board, among other roles. Felton also has experience as an M&A Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and served as Acting Director of the Office of Financial Institutions Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
