Currently serving as the Executive Design Director for Shopping & Offers at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Gene previously held multiple leadership roles at R/GA, including Executive Creative Director and Group Creative Director, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team and driving innovation for high-profile clients. Prior experience includes significant positions at Weight Watchers and Roundarch, focusing on user experience and information architecture. Gene holds a BA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and has a foundational education from Columbia University and Stuyvesant High School.
