Previously, as India lead - Rates (Linear) Product Control at Bank of America, HEMANTKUMAR managed P&L delivery and risk management across regions with a team of over 25 controllers. At Deutsche Bank, HEMANTKUMAR held roles including Head India Debt - Product Control Solutions Group, focusing on driving finance agendas for strategic programs. HEMANTKUMAR also contributed to product control at Societe Generale and ICICI Bank, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and process migration. HEMANTKUMAR earned an MBA in Finance from Christ University and a B.Com from BVVS Commerce College.
