Jay Jenkins

Jay Jenkins currently serves as the Regional VP - Integration Lead at JPMorganChase, where responsibilities include resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration between two banks, as well as leading the Business-to-Business Capacity Group. Key achievements include the rapid integration of FRB and JPMorgan through simultaneous project management, notably completing the Business Banking renewal integration in three months instead of the expected ten. Prior to this role, Jay was the Regional VP - Head of East Coast Closing & Funding at First Republic Bank, driving a 160% efficiency gain and annual savings of $2.3 million, and previously held the position of Manager of Closing & Post-Closing at Funding Resources - Best Mortgage. Jay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
