Jessica Kami Higgs

Jessica Kami Higgs is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in technology consulting and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2021, Jessica specializes in AI-powered products, strategic alignment, and stakeholder management. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Accenture focusing on product development for big tech companies and served as an Agile methodology trainer. Jessica's experience also includes leading mobile app and digital product management at Springer Nature Group and product development in Ed-Tech at 瑞思学科英语. Jessica holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Master's in Creative Writing & Publishing from the University of London, and a Bachelor's in Economics with minors in Psychology and Statistics from Hunter College, complemented by undergraduate studies in Microeconomics at Università Bocconi.
