Jian Lin

Jian Lin is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Architecture at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since April 2024. Previously, Jian held the position of Director of Engineering for AV Acceleration at Cruise, where leadership focused on building advanced development tooling and cloud service platforms. Jian's extensive experience includes roles as Head of Engineering for Cloud SQL at Google and various engineering leadership positions at Amazon Web Services, including the launch of the AWS App Runner service. Jian's career also encompasses significant tenures at Microsoft, contributing to major projects like the Universal App Store and Bing Ads, alongside earlier roles at MSNBC and Unisys. Jian holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Montana and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nankai University.
