Ling Poon

Ling Poon has extensive experience in executive compensation and benefits strategy, currently serving as the Head of Executive Compensation and previously as Executive Director for both U.S. Benefits Design & Strategy and Executive Compensation at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior roles include Senior Vice President positions in Corporate & Institutional Banking and Corporate Compensation at PNC, along with Vice President roles in Executive Compensation, Staffing Transition, and Talent Sourcing & Recruitment at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ling’s career began as an Analyst in Investment Banking at JPMorgan and as an Associate in Technology Financial Services at Goldman Sachs. Ling holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
