Mel Good possesses extensive experience in incident management and resilience, holding key leadership positions at prominent organizations. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mel serves as the Executive Director of Incident Management and Resilience. Previously, Mel was the Global Head of Incident Management at Airbnb and held the role of Regional Senior Manager for the Critical Incident Center at salesforce.com. Mel's career also includes serving as the EMEA Manager of Premier Support Services at VMware and as a Service Delivery & Quality Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Mel earned an MSc in Emergency Management, specializing in Crisis, Emergency, and Disaster Management, from Dublin City University in 2022, having also studied at the same institution in 1998-1999.
