Melissa Heistan

Melissa Heistan is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operations within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Director and previously as a Vice President Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2018, Melissa has demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at SafeAuto, including IT Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing website management and customer-facing services, as well as managing Service Desk and Operations technicians.
