Nedra Allen

Nedra Allen, Ed. D., currently serves as Vice President Business Analysis Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since May 2022 and is the Executive Director of Omega Educational Technology Solutions, LLC, which was established to support educators. Previous roles include Dean of General and Foundational Studies at Wilberforce University, Department Chair of Literacy Skills and Assistant Professor at Philander Smith College, and Dean of Arts and Sciences at Arkansas Baptist College, where responsibilities included enhancing academic experiences for students and faculty. Earlier career experience includes positions at Simmons Bank, Metropolitan National Bank, and Bank of America, progressing from Teller Supervisor to Assistant Branch Manager. Nedra Allen holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education and Adult Learning from Walden University and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from American InterContinental University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
