Nicola Heron

Nicola Heron has over 20 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as Product Director (Executive Director) at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since June 2007, following a progression from Vice President to Senior Associate and Associate. Previously, Nicola worked at Portrait Software from August 2004 to June 2007 as a Software Support Consultant, providing multi-tier support for analytical software. Earlier experience includes an Industrial Placement as a Software Developer at Scottish Friendly, focusing on in-house systems development using Visual Basic, and a role as an Authorware Developer at Glasgow Caledonian University, creating educational software for university mathematics. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed in 2004.
