Phil Carter

Phil Carter is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects across various industries. Currently serving as a UX Design Manager at JPMorganChase, Phil supports the Design & Customer Experience team for the Chase Debit group. Previously, as a Principal UX Designer at Optum, Phil led a team of eight designers and researchers focused on automated claims processing systems. Phil has also held positions at Cardinal Health, The Ohio State University, McGraw Hill, Smart Service, and the Ohio Department of Public Safety, contributing to user-centric design principles and team management. Phil holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Time Based Media from Columbus College of Art & Design.
