Roisin Gargan

Roisin Gargan is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Municipal Research and Strategy Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since January 2023, following a role as Municipal Research and Strategy Associate. Prior to this, Roisin worked at Offit Capital Advisors as an Associate focused on Municipal Credit Research from July 2021 to December 2022, and held the position of Analyst in Global Counterparty Credit at TD Securities from December 2017 to July 2021. Roisin began their career as a Legislative Intern in the office of Congressman Scott Peters in May 2015. Roisin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University and has also studied at the City University of Hong Kong.
