Previously, Scott worked at Heidrick & Struggles from June 2016 to August 2024, holding several key roles including Engagement Manager, focusing on leadership positions in Financial Services, Fintech, and Technology. Scott began the career with a summer internship at Jetta Operating Company, Inc. in petroleum engineering.
