Shannon Cavanagh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product strategy and marketing within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy for Sapphire Credit Cards at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since November 2022, Shannon previously held key roles at PayPal as Product Marketing Manager, leading initiatives for PayPal Rewards and bank partnerships. Experience also includes roles at the Financial Health Network, American Express, Mastercard, Meta Payment Systems, CashPass Network, and Portu Sunberg, where Shannon managed relationships, developed product strategies, and successfully launched various financial products and campaigns.
