Sivanthie Horne, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves on the First Republic Transition Team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., leading a team in managing the integration and shutdown of FRB systems while ensuring compliance with FDIC requirements. Prior to this role, Sivanthie held multiple leadership positions at First Republic Bank, overseeing a $180M project portfolio and achieving significant improvements in delivery timelines and audit capabilities. Sivanthie's experience includes senior roles at Zynga, Electronic Arts, and CenturyLink, where notable achievements involved enhancing service delivery, managing substantial profit and loss accounts, and significantly improving customer satisfaction metrics. Sivanthie holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
