Sonja Djokich has a diverse and accomplished professional background, currently working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since March 2022 in various recruiting roles within the Commercial and Investment Bank, focusing on Quant Research, Fixed Income & Equity Markets, and Securities Services. Prior experience includes managing operations at Jacadi, serving as a stay-at-home mom, coaching toddler soccer at Little Rascalz, and holding executive recruiting positions at Pagoda Partners and Treetop Executive Search. As a Director at Pagoda Partners, Sonja covered Equities across Asia while developing talent in Investment Banking and Fixed Income.
