Soumita Bose

Soumita Bose is an accomplished HR leader with over two decades of experience in multiple organizations, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Early Careers at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2015. In this role, Soumita provides strategic leadership for the entry-level candidate experience, overseeing campus engagement and recruitment strategies. Prior to this position, Soumita held various HR roles at Vodafone India, where responsibilities included formulating talent management and succession plans as Deputy General Manager, and serving as a Senior Manager in HR Business Partner roles. Earlier experience includes key HR positions at Barclays Bank Plc, ICICI Bank, and Bank of America, focusing on talent resourcing, performance management, and recruitment. Soumita holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Shikshayatan College.
