Trevor Samaroo

Trevor Samaroo is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud engineering and software development. Currently serving as Executive Director and Sr Principal Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since June 2020, Trevor leads the Engineering for the Environment as Code platform and plays a pivotal role in the Public Cloud Engineering team, focusing on enabling self-service infrastructure creation on AWS. Prior to this, Trevor held significant positions at BNY Mellon, where achievements included creating self-service terraform modules for provisioning in Azure and leading the Container Platforms division. Trevor's career also includes a long tenure at Goldman Sachs, overseeing various roles in cloud platforms and treasury technology, contributing to the development of large-scale payment and configuration management systems. Trevor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Cornell University.
