John Parker

John Parker, CPA, CFA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. John is currently the Chief Financial Officer at JPW Industries, where they oversee global accounting and corporate reporting functions and drives process and system change. Prior to this, they were the VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at Noranda Aluminum, where they managed financial and accounting functions during a court-supervised restructuring process. John also served as the VP of Communication & Investor Relations, where they communicated corporate strategy to investors and provided financial analysis to the C-Suite. Before that, John held various roles at Ernst & Young, serving SEC registrants and high-growth private equity clients across different industries. John demonstrated expertise in technical issues and transactions, such as accounting for stock issuance and asset securitization.

John Parker, CPA, CFA has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana Monroe, which they obtained between 1985 and 1989. John then pursued an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, completing it in 1990.
