Andrew Nielsen

Andrew Nielsen is a Mechanical Project Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering. Since June 2016, Andrew has held various roles at JR Automation, advancing from Mechanical Design Engineer to Senior Mechanical Design Engineer and currently serving as Mechanical Project Engineer. Prior to this, Andrew worked at National Oilwell Varco as a Mechanical Engineer in the Next Generation Program, where key contributions included designing a cost-effective mounting and coupling system for a hydraulic power unit. Andrew's earlier experience includes internships and roles at Wencor Group, Brigham Young University, and BYU Broadcasting, highlighting a strong background in engineering design, project leadership, and donor relations. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2015.
