Duncan Bagley

Duncan Bagley is an experienced leader in the construction management sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager at JR Merit Inc. since August 2017. Prior to this role, Duncan was a Project Manager at BMWC Constructors from June 2003 to June 2017.
