Rich Spratt

Rich Spratt is an experienced professional in the construction industry with a focus on preconstruction management and project oversight. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager at JR Merit, Inc. since August 2020, Rich has previously held senior roles at JE Dunn Construction and Advanced American Construction, Inc., where responsibilities included project management and estimating. Rich's career began at Kiewit, progressing through various positions including Estimating Manager and District Contract Administrator. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, obtained from 2003 to 2005.
