Robert Sobiech

Robert Sobiech has extensive experience in the transportation industry, currently serving as the Safety Manager at BCB Transport since May 2004, where responsibilities include FMSCR, DOT, and CSA compliance, accident investigations, electronic log auditing, and insurance claims investigations. Prior to this role, Robert Sobiech was the Terminal Operations Manager, successfully recruiting and retaining a fleet of 80 trucks while maintaining a turnover rate of 45% or lower. Earlier career experience includes a position as Supervisor of Operations at Highland Machine & Screw, where Robert Sobiech implemented best machining practices that resulted in a 30 to 40 percent increase in production. Robert Sobiech holds a diploma from Triad High School and attended Southwestern Illinois College from 1985 to 1986.
