Jeffrey Graydon

Jeffrey Graydon is an accomplished Technical Delivery Manager currently overseeing quality assurance efforts for JRD Systems on a contract with Domino's, focusing on improving in-store technology and software stability. Previously, Jeffrey served as the Director of Technology for Thomson Reuters, where leadership spanned operations and technology staff for tax compliance software, managing a $15M budget and a global team of over 75. Additional roles at Thomson Reuters included Head of Product Development for Individual Taxation and Senior Manager in Software Development, where Jeffrey successfully implemented Agile methodologies and significantly enhanced product offerings.
