Nilendra Singh Ph.D. MBA has over 9 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on business strategy and research. Nilendra is currently working as the Business Lead - Global Pharma at JRF Global, where they are responsible for defining and establishing the strategy for securing new accounts and retaining clients globally. Prior to this role, Nilendra worked at Lupin Limited as a Senior Research Scientist, where they led a team and conducted research on the MALT1 program in collaboration with AbbVie. Nilendra also built relationships with clients and facilitated meetings between decision makers and company leaders. Before that, they worked as a Research Scientist at Lupin Limited, where they planned, designed, and screened small molecules for different therapeutic areas and was involved in finding novel drug discovery targets. Nilendra also gained experience as a Freelance Writer at Cactus Communications and as a Post Doctoral Scientist at the University of Florida.
Nilendra Singh has a diverse education history. Nilendra obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Chemistry/Botany from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University in 2000. Nilendra then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Biotechnology (tissue culture) from Motivational Pathway in 2000-2001. Later, Nilendra completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Life Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 2001-2003. Nilendra furthered their academic journey by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Life Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya between 2005 and 2011. In 2017-2020, Nilendra attended Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various subjects, such as "Selling with Stories, Part 1: What Makes a Great Story?", "Strategic Planning Foundations", "Salesforce Essential Training," and "CSIR UGC NET."
