Shaan Bhatia

Shaan Bhatia's work experience includes serving as the Head of Hotel Investments at JRK Property Holdings since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Starwood Capital Group for ten years from 2011 to 2021 in the Acquisitions & Asset Management role. Shaan also had a role in Real Estate Investment Banking at Barclays Capital from July 2010 to June 2011, and before that, they were part of the Hospitality Finance Group at Wells Fargo Bank from October 2009 to June 2010.

Shaan Bhatia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University. This educational journey took place from 2005 to 2009.
