Previously, Jason held the roles of Operations Manager and Purchasing/Engineering Manager at JRM, managing procurement, distribution, and manufacturing operations across two facilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Buyer for Prodrive, catering to the Subaru World Rally Team, and as a Technical Buyer at Aircraft Braking Systems, where early responsibilities evolved from progress chaser to Purchasing Coordinator.
