Raymond Huang

Raymond Huang is an experienced MEPS Estimator at JRM Construction Management since March 2020, with prior experience as an Electrical Estimator and Project Manager at Plaza Construction from July 2014 to March 2020. At Plaza Construction, responsibilities included reviewing design documents for cost effectiveness, preparing detailed estimates and budgets for high-end condominiums, managing contracts and vendor databases, and overseeing project budgets and financial reporting. Earlier as an Assistant Electrical Estimator, tasks included preparing quantity take-offs, liaising with subcontractors, analyzing contract documents, and assisting in the procurement process.
