Jason Chen

Jason Chen is a seasoned professional in the real estate and construction industries, with extensive experience in managing complex projects. As the Founding Partner of JS Sullivan Development since 2017, Jason has contributed to the firm's success in delivering modern, mixed-use urban infill projects with a strong focus on quality and timely execution. Concurrently, as an Independent Business Owner at Surfaces since February 2021, Jason oversees the retail showroom's operations, offering high-quality finished surface materials to a diverse clientele that includes homeowners, contractors, designers, and architects. Prior to these roles, Jason held senior positions at China Construction America and China State Construction Group, where Jason honed expertise in construction engineering management. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree from Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology and a Master's degree in International Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
