Sean Morrison

Sean Morrison is a seasoned public relations and journalism professional with significant experience in the esports industry. Currently serving as Senior Public Relations Manager at JSA+Partners since November 2022, Sean leads the account for ESL FACEIT Group while contributing to other client initiatives. As an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Bloomington since January 2019, Sean has pioneered Esports Journalism courses aimed at fostering future journalists in this emerging field. Previous roles include Editor In Chief at Upcomer, where Sean directed all aspects of the esports-focused publication, and Associate Editor for esports at ESPN, managing content and breaking news coverage. Sean co-founded Fangirl the Magazine, a platform for women in gaming and fandom communities, and served as Assistant Sports Editor at Columbia Missourian, mentoring student reporters. Sean holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
