Ed Surber

Ed Surber has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Ed started their career as a Project Engineer at Ginosko Inc. in 2002. Ed then worked at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, where they served as Director of Reliability, Director of Operations, and GM of Human Resources & Information Technology. During their time at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, they implemented several improvements, such as increasing overall equipment effectiveness and recovering potential by-products.

Later, Surber became the President of CherrCo Inc., where they worked closely with tart cherry growers, processors, and sellers. Ed then joined Trinitas Farming as Executive Vice President before founding their own company called World Class Factory. As the founder, they focused on process improvement and people development across various industries.

Surber's most recent experience includes serving as CEO of Edete US Corp at edete Precision Technologies for Agriculture. This company aims to solve pollination challenges by providing high-efficiency precision pollination services to almond and pistachio growers in the US.

Ed is currently the CEO of Jim's Supply Co.

Ed Surber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic University - San Luis Obispo, graduating in 2002.
