As a senior project consultant for JSD, Paul takes the lead with clients on oversight and coordination with staff to provide the required design to obtain necessary approvals and permits. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in civil and environmental engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, Ohio, and Texas.
