Elaine Farry

Elaine Farry is an experienced service delivery and projects manager with a comprehensive background in service management, project execution, and stakeholder engagement. Currently at JSE since January 2019, Elaine oversees the drafting of service level agreements, performance analysis, and continual improvement initiatives for outsourced arrangements. Previously, Elaine managed the Independent Clearing House project, demonstrating expertise in project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management. With a rich history of roles in various financial institutions, including FNB Private Wealth and Stanlib, Elaine possesses strong skills in project management, resource planning, and customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a BCom Honours in Business Management and several specialized financial courses, enhancing Elaine's knowledge in financial markets and management.
