Laren Ramkhelawan

Laren Ramkhelawan is an experienced Change Manager with over 21 years of professional experience, currently serving as the Organizational Change Manager at JSE since March 2017. Laren is certified through the PROSCI institute and specializes in leading strategic change initiatives related to IT, new products, agile transformation, and compliance, including acquisitions and mergers. Prior to this role, Laren worked at Standard Bank SA from December 2014 to February 2017 as Manager of Change and Adoption, and held various positions including Change Manager and Performance Consultant from March 2008 to February 2017. Laren is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management at Henley Business School, further enhancing expertise in the field.
