Ajoy Kumar

Dr. Kumar is a medical graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry with postgraduate diplomas in business administration, hospital administration and preventive and promotional healthcare.

Dr. Kumar has a meritorious track record, and the experience of managing large business operations like Apollo Hospitals, Cumin Diesel and Tata Sons. At Apollo Hospitals, Dr Kumar was responsible for overseeing operations of the hospital group, and other businesses of Apollo. Dr. Kumar is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma.

In 2005, he joined Max Neeman International, serving as its Chief Executive Officer, until the company was acquired by JSS Medical Research Inc. In his current role as Country Head, JSS Medical Research Ltd., India, he is responsible for overseeing the region’s business operations of the company and is focused on stable growth, client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
