Sirish Vardhan

Sirish Vardhan currently holds the position of Head of Legal at JSW Energy Ltd since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sirish served as General Counsel at Motherson Group from September 2022 to October 2023, and at JSW Steel from July 2014 to November 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President-Legal and Associate Vice President-Legal, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Khaitan & Co from December 2006 to March 2014 as General Manager - Legal and Principal Associate.
