Amanda Chew is a CEI Certified professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at J&T Express Singapore since October 2022, Amanda's role involves overseeing recruitment processes for a global logistics service provider with operations across thirteen countries. Previously, Amanda held positions as a Senior Human Resource Executive and Human Resource Executive in Recruitment at Kingsmen Creatives Ltd, where responsibilities included managing recruitment activities, HR operations, payroll, and learning and development initiatives. Amanda's career also includes experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Align Recruitment Pte Ltd, successfully placing professionals across various industries. Amanda holds a Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business from Republic Polytechnic and has completed higher education in Human Resource & Administration as well as Business Services.
