Sarah G. currently serves as the Global Head of Talent at JT Group Limited since December 2021 and has been a Consultant at The Institute of Leadership since January 2020, where Sarah G. is an institute-approved assessor for accredited leadership and management development programs. Additionally, Sarah G. held the position of Vice Chair for the CIPD Surrey and North Hampshire Branch from July 2020 to September 2022 and served as Mentoring Chair from August 2015 to August 2017.
