Alan Haines

Alan Haines has a comprehensive work experience history, starting as an Estimator at Structure Tone in 1994. Alan subsequently worked at various positions at Cauldwell Wingate, including roles such as Estimator, Project Manager, and ultimately Chief Financial Officer. Haines also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Commodore Construction before their current role as Vice President at J.T. Magen & Company Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting, project oversight, and cost control. Additionally, they have been active in community involvement as a Board Member and Treasurer for Unlocking Futures.

Alan Haines completed a BSc with First Class Honors in Quantity Surveying from the University of South Wales in 1994. Alan also obtained a certification in Inclusive Leadership Training from edX, however, the specific year of completion is unavailable.
