Thu Vu (Tiara) began their work experience in January 2018 as a Human Resources Recruiter at VNP Group. Thu then moved on to JT1 - IT Recruitment Agency in January 2019, where they initially worked as a Recruitment Consultant. Within the agency, Thu quickly progressed to the role of Business Development Manager, overseeing the recruitment of IT professionals for businesses in Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Thu's expertise lies in IT recruitment, specializing in areas such as software development, project management, QA/QC, data field, and IT sales. Thu is known for their ability to swiftly identify and place suitable candidates within tight timeframes.
