Oana Astilean

Oana is the General Counsel in our Netherlands office.

In her role Oana manages the legal teams and works on M&A transactions, corporate governance and the implementation of corporate structures. She is also responsible for asset protection and corporate structuring for large corporations, private equity firms and real estate funds.

She has particular expertise in corporate services, International Commercial Arbitration, International Investment Arbitration, Public International Law, International Investment Law and Corporate Law.

Prior to JTC, Oana worked at an international law firm in Miami as a Foreign Legal Adviser.

Oana is multi-lingual and speaks Romanian, English, Spanish and French.
